Tim Dakis provided an Excellent Program!

17/01/2016 - I (being the parent) have taken my son to my soccer camps/clinics/academies and I must say this was a very well run program. Tim Dakis, the camp director provided an excellent program balancing between individual and team skills development over the course of the program. 5 Stars!

17/01/2016 - The only comment I have is the first day of the camp happened to be a 43 degree day in Melbourne and the staff did an excellent job with stopping the camp accordingly when the temperature got too high and gave us parents plenty of notice to what time to collect the children. The only issue I had was I would have liked the next 2 days to maybe go an extra hour to make up for the time lost due to the weather.

Coach Tim is the Best!

16/01/2016 - Ben thinks coach Tim is the best! The first day of Ben's camp was extremely hot. While I understand it was necessary to cancel the afternoon, it was disappointing that there was no alternative found (such as the futsal centre just over the road).

Loved How Happy my Son was at End of Each Day

24/09/2015 - My Son had no complaints about the camp at all, loved it. I loved the fact that you communicated by text message regarding the weather and I loved how happy my son and his buddy were at the end of each day, he had a ball.

I had a few minor concerns that wouldn't stop him attending another camp:

  • I was a bit concerned about the fact we didn't have to sign the kids in or out each day.
  • The only undercover area had lots of broken glass in it. The kids were expected to leave their bags amongst this and shelter from the rain there.
  • The coaches didn't arrive until 9am (I realise that is the time camp started but it felt very disorganised because of that!) or make an effort to speak with parents.

Both sons loved it

03/07/2015 - Both my sons loved it. Just asked one of them now...he says: "Great! Best camp I've ever done." Nice mix of skills, games, fun, and use of sport as a route to teach kids a broader sense of discipline / teamwork / being a good citizen.

  • e.g. 1 - the coaches made sure everyone had a go at everything
  • e.g. 2 - Paul insisted that every boy shook his hand each day and looked him in the eyes when they did so.

Many thanks to Paul, Tim and Ivan.
