The SCA Under Armour BMX Camp at Southlake BMX Club is the ultimate extreme sports camp experience! With a perfect mix of skill work and fun on the track, every camper will gain confidence and make new friends.

BMX Camp at Southlake BMX Club offers riders the opportunity to improve dramatically in a short period of time and feel more comfortable performing their favourite skills and tricks. With a fun, safe and healthy learning environment provided by our camp instructors, your child is sure to be a happy camper by the end of the week! Bring your friends and battle it out on one of the best tracks in New South Wales!

Bryan Goddard

Bryan holds many years of BMX experience in the United States racing at a sponsored level and competing at many National events. He also has many years experience in freestyle and dirt jumping.

Camp Details

The goal of our Directors/Coaches are to assist young riders to achieve the highest level they can, fine tune their skills, and teach the safest way to ride whist having as much fun as possible. They also hope to open up opportunities to riders of all skill levels to learn the fine art of BMX Racing. Promote a safe/healthy environment for all to enjoy.

More Important Camp Details

CAMP HOURS

♦ All Campers Check-in: 8.45am. Camp runs 9.00am - 3.00pm.

RAIN PLAN

In the event of wet weather you will be notified if camp is cancelled and/or rescheduled for the day/s and what your options are moving forward!

CAMP MEALS AND GEAR

Please bring a packed lunch, morning and afternoon tea and water bottle each day. ALL RIDERS ARE REQUIRED TO BRING THEIR OWN BIKE and provide their own gear (protective clothing/helmet), sunscreen, hat, and a change of clothes each day.

REGISTRATION PACKET

A detailed camper registration packet containing check in location, health/release forms, emergency contact info, and a list of things to bring will be emailed to all registered campers after completing the registration. Please bring these forms with you to camp on the first day as we will be collecting them.

  • 9:15 - 9:45am Warm ups and Gates
  • 9:45 - 10:40am Cornering
  • 10:45 - 11:30am Pumping
  • 11:30 - 12:00pm Front Wheel Lifts
  • 12:00 - 12:30pm Lunch
  • 12:30 - 1:00pm Progressive Cornering
  • 1:00 - 1:45pm Head to Head Racing Games and Challenges
  • 1:45 - 2:15pm Front Wheel Lifts
  • 2:15 - 2:30pm Water and Snack Break
  • 2:30 - 3:00pm Finish with club style races
  • 3:00pm Finish
