Yes! As long as you can ride your bike without the help of someone else, you can certainly come shred the trails at our mountain biking camps all day long.
On the first day of camp we will run you through a carefully designed set up bike skills and drills to determine which group will benefit you best and allow for an optimal learning environment. Each group has a camper to coach ratio of 10:1.
The required gear for camp is your bike, a helmet, lunch and water bottle. Optional gear includes riding gloves, shin/knee/elbow pads, and your favourite racing jersey!
Absolutely! We can help you learn new skills, improve existing skills that you may be currently working on and also help you see new/quicker track lines and enhance your racing strategies (if you currently are on a race team).
All campers will get to ride the trails every day of camp! Most camp locations have a fun race competition on the final day of camp! Parents are encouraged to attend the graduation ceremony on the last day, where the race winners will be announced and given a prize.
