Nutrition essentials for any Baseball player
There are so many different movements involved, players sprint, dive and leap during a game. Good nutritional habits are essential due to all the sudden burst of energy.
Baseball players have a variety of nutritional needs, here are the 2 essentials!
The most important nutritional essential is water. During games and practice, players need to stay properly hydrated especially on a hot and humid day. It is recommended that players drink six to eight cups during the day, more importantly 2 cups before practice or games.
The body uses carbs as a main fuel source, especially during baseball. Fuel up on foods such as wholegrain rice, pasta, bread, cereals, fruits, veges, and sports drinks.
