Warming up for BMX
Before you hit the track complete the following warm ups to help prevent injures and help increase performance.
Twist and rotate your wrist and ankles in both directions to loosen up the muscles and ligaments
Do 3 x 10 rounds of star jumps to bring up your heart rate and warm up your muscles
Do some yoga and stretch out your body, especially your legs and back.
Then hop on your bike, ride around lightly on a flat surface to get the pedals moving.
Once you’re done get ready to hit the track!
